CARB will not test our process for approval, even though it is far cleaner and more efficient, because it needs an additioal electronic control to regulate our process of fully burning fuel that is not orginal equipment. In short, maintaining the original-electronics, that is designed to defeat our ability to more fully burn the fuel, is more important than less pollution.
